During the day you can go to Kuta beach and shop. Kuta does have some of the best beaches, which are suitable for resting, that is the main reason mass tourism first came to Kuta back in the 70s. Surfing and Sunbathing Kuta and Legian beaches for several kilometers with almost perfect white sand is a fun activity. During the dry season, it cannot be beaten with beautiful offshore winds and blue water and waves. Shops of all kinds can be found along the busy streets of Kuta. You can find anything that is needed by tourists. Remember to bid a little to keep them awake. If that’s not your style, Kuta also has a shopping center that is fully air-conditioned; Discovery Mall, Bali Mal Galeria, and Beachwalk are places with high-class equipment, as well as cheaper branded goods for you to buy. One good choice is to go to LXXY with lots of food choices. If getting the maximum calories for the minimum dollar is your cup of tea, try the BBQ buffet at LXXY, those operating at a speed of 99 thousand plus – including free food and drinks until 11 PM.

Another option is to go to Beachwalk Mall where in addition to their excellent food court, you can check out several restaurants including Bon Chon Chicken, Burger King, Johnny Rockets, Domino Pizza, Queen Dairy, and a more luxurious Kitchen, Tony Roma’s, Café Sardinia, and much more.

Poppies Lane also has some good choices. Kori is a little more advanced, and Alley Cat has large portions at reasonable prices. If Japanese cuisine is your choice, try to Take, which is considered one of the best Japanese restaurants on the island. If you head north to Jalan Legian looking for best nightlife in Legian, Mama has some delicious German food that emphasizes meat. Another cool place is Hard Rock Café, which serves almost everything you want. Don’t forget 101 Legian, which serves delicious food while relaxing by the rooftop swimming pool and also the front deck bar on the road.

If you are looking for food in the Kartika Plaza area, you can try Flapjacks which offers some breakfast foods, among others, Ryoshi is a great Japanese restaurant and at an affordable price, and Paradiso offers some delicious dishes in the bowling alley. If you like Chinese food, you can come to Golden Lotus at the Bali Dynasty Hotel. They also have a fabulous Irish bar called Gracie Kelly’s, which has now been reopened in a new building on the street in front of the hotel. Al Dente is another great restaurant with very tasty Italian food.

Ok, so now that you have food in your stomach, let’s get something else there and find yourself new friends to join you in Kuta’s nightlife. You can start at Alley Cats, which serves as a pre-game type backpacker surfer, people can casually mix and drink your drink. Another option is Crusoe, and a variety of small business venues in the vicinity where cheap cocktails and meeting people are easy. Rooftop at the 101 is also the right place to get more cocktails before leaving.

Once you are truly ready to party at the Kuta nightlife, if you are in the Poppies area closer to Jalan Legian, then you are in the heart of the famous Kuta nightlife. Vi Ai Pi performed live music earlier, fashion shows at the weekend, then led to bangers in EDM and urban vibes in the club room later. LXXY is the center of nightlife that offers spectacular excitement. If you feel a little more rooted, look at Apache, where softer rasta vibrations with reggae music can be enjoyed. Keep going on that road, and you will also reach the Bounty Ship, which has karaoke at the bottom and amazing fun at the top. Bounty and Paddies are classic Kuta style, upscale bar with girls hanging out and drinking arak juice. The new club in the city called LXXY is very interesting to see. They have two club rooms. One roof upstairs that plays a type of house music (also has a swimming pool and is open all day and night), and then downstairs is for EDM bangers from around ten at night. It is indeed busy.
